Academic and work experience
Before joining Stanford, I was a PhD student in the Department of Finance and Risk Engineering at the New York University from August 2024 to August 2025 and in the Epstein Department of Industrial and Systems Engineering at the University of Southern California from August 2021 to August 2024. I am fortunate to be co-advised by Prof. Renyuan Xu (Stanford) and Prof. Meisam Razaviyayn (USC). I obtained my BS in Mathematics from the Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen.
Impact I hope to have in my field and the world
I would like to integrate optimization algorithms and applied probability to address complex real-world challenges.
