Academic and work experience

An entrepreneur at heart, I have worked with several startups, publicly traded companies, and nonprofits with the focus on growing and investing to create a better world. Now a PhD student within the Stanford Technology Ventures Program, I research investing into and starting new ventures. My research focuses on venture capital, entrepreneurship, corporate innovation, and the intersection between large corporate companies and startups.

Impact I hope to have in my field and the world

I believe in the future and feel great optimism for our country/others. As the late Hamilton play states: "America, you great unfinished symphony." :)

As I have been preparing to begin my PhD, I have started to come to various research questions with the hope to help organizations and individuals to continue to work towards unity, peace, and prosperity. Overall, my career goal with my PhD is to (1) Research; (2) Teach; (3) Advise; with the hope to help individuals, startups, corporations, and governments to continue to work towards greater ideals.

Interests and hobbies

Country swing dancing, skiing, singing, hiking, rock climbing, weight lifting :)
