Academic and work experience

My rewarding undergraduate research experiences prompted me to pursue a PhD. Having worked on algebraic combinatorics, power systems, and data science, I realized that I'm interested in pursuing research that is both theoretically interesting and practically meaningful. I believe MS&E's research interests align closely with mine.

Impact I hope to have in my field and the world

I'm hoping to study the mathematical foundations of tangible networked systems, and I'm excited to develop research skills and mature as a scientist at MS&E.

Interests and hobbies

I enjoy hiking, biking, and making bread.
