Jose Blanchet receives INFORMS MSOM Best OM paper in OR

Congratulations to Associate Professor Jose Blanchet for receiving the best paper award from MSOM (Manufacturing and Service Operations Management Society) at the 2019 INFORMS annual meeting.

Professor Blanchet's winning paper is titled "A Markov Chain Approximation to Choice Modeling," coauthored with Guillermo Gallego and Vineet Goyal.

The INFORMS MSOM best operations management paper in operations research award is given annually for papers judged to be the best in the field of operations management.
