The coterminal degree program provides Stanford undergraduates an opportunity to work simultaneously toward a bachelor's degree and a master's degree. Successful coterminal applicants for the MS&E MS degree typically have a quantitative undergraduate degree, or have taken courses in linear algebra and multivariable differential calculus, computer programming, economics, and statistics.
